Mental Health First Aid Certification Training
Saturday, November 22 | 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. | Kansas City
Heartland Women in Trades and the Greater Kansas City Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) are partnering to offer an exclusive Mental Health First Aid certification training led by Wellness Tools for the Trades.
This certification helps construction professionals recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges, whether on the job site, at home, or within themselves. Participants will leave with practical tools to foster a safer, more supportive work environment.
This training typically costs $95/person, but both organizations are subsidizing the cost for members, so registration is only $50! A light breakfast will be provided in the morning, followed by lunch after training concludes.
