Mission
HWIT is committed to educating the construction industry about the diversity, equality and Inclusion by providing opportunities to women, pushing for accountability from leadership, and actively recruiting women to enrich the trades. HWITs vision is to transform the construction industry in the Heartland communities into inclusive spaces where women are empowered to achieve their full potential to become confident leaders that lead with excellence.
